I began professional counselling training in 2005, taking the counselling diploma route successfully gaining my professional counselling diploma in 2008. My professional and personal development continues ensuring I maintain my responsibility to my clients and myself.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My counselling experience includes helping people with depression, anxiety, generalised anxiety, anger, grief loss and bereavement, low self-confidence, relationships and breakdowns, sexual, emotional and physical abuse, along with other difficulties that affect our health and well-being.
